Will it cost more to have my car repaired at Collision Experts?

No. Collision Experts uses a standardized system for pricing estimates; a system used by the majority of repair shops and all insurance companies.

If my car needs painting, will the new paint match?

Yes. We use a computerized paint matching system and mix all paint on site to ensure that the paint matches your car perfectly.

How long will repairs take?

Turnaround time varies, depending on the extent of damage and the availability of parts. The average repair will take three to five days. If damage is minimal, we may be able to repair your vehicle in as little as one day.

What if I move and there is a problem with the repairs?

Collision Experts’ warranty is nationwide and can be transferred anywhere in the United States. To ensure that you receive quality service in your new area, we will work with your Insurance Company to find a qualified repair shop near you.

At what point is my vehicle considered a total loss (totaled)?

The definition of a total loss varies by insurance company. Typically, an auto is considered totaled if the repair costs exceed 75% of the vehicles current market value. Ask your insurance agent for specific information about your policy.
